The ideal Villa for holidays in Tolo
Villa Fouli is a rental villa, located in the center of the old part of Tolo, quite close to the beach (just 100 meters). It has been renovated in 2021 to offer the best possible experience to visitors, while we have taken care to maintain its traditional Greek style.
It can accommodate up to 6 people, while its interior consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 W.C. and open-plan kitchen and living room. Outside, at the back of the house, guests can enjoy a beautiful yard with a pergola. It is designed to offer you many pleasant moments for anything you desire, as it includes grill / BBQ facilities, vegetable garden, jacuzzi and deck chairs.
The modern facilities of the holiday home ensure that your vacation in our villa is as comfortable as possible. Inside you will find Wi-fi internet, satellite TV, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, strong box and telephone. Bathrooms include showers, toilettes and hair dryers, as well as private car and motorcycle parking.
Bedroom 1
The first bedroom has a size of 11 sq.m. and has a comfortable double bed with a window to the main road of Tolo. In the room you will find all the modern amenities such as satellite TV, strong box, air conditioning, while the free Wi-fi internet connection will make your stay even more convenient. Leaving the bedroom you will find the first W.C., which features a shower and hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
The second room of the rented villa has a size of 18 sq.m. and has two single beds, as well as a sofa-bed. Guests in this room have access to free wi-fi internet, satellite TV, and jacuzzi shower, toilet, washing machine and hairdryer. From this room guests have access to the terrace of the backyard.
Yard of the house
The positive experiences during your stay at the holiday dwelling ``Villa Fouli`` are not limited there. We made sure that you can enjoy the Greek sun even outside the villa, since its yard has been designed to be able to host your best moments. What makes Villa Fouli one of the best Villas for holidays is the possibility for the visitor to be able to relax and spend quality time alone and with company, inside and outside the Villa.
So, the yard of the house was formed on three different levels:
The low level of the yard: it is also used as a terrace of the second bedroom. This level also has a shower which you can use on your return from the beach and before entering the hot tub.
The middle level of the yard: has a pergola and grill / BBQ facilities, refrigerator and table with chairs to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner. Also in this part of the yard you will find a hot tub with deck chairs and lots of wonderful flowers.
The upper level of the yard: Here you can continue your relaxation using the garden swing, on the grass and under the cool shade of the olive trees. On the same level you will see a vegetable garden from which you can get fresh seasonal vegetables for your meal. From this level you have access to the parking lot.
Kitchen and living room
The holiday dwelling ``Villa Fouli`` has been designed so that guests can enjoy their moments together in the kitchen and living room with comfort and convenience. Thus, we have fully equipped the kitchen with a modern oven with hood, microwave, kettle and the necessary kitchen and cooking utensils. The kitchen area has a large table where up to 6 people can dine, with a window on the side of the main street of Tolo.
In the same area guests have access to the living room, which includes a coffee table, a 43-inch satellite TV, air conditioning and two sofas, one of which can even be used as children's bed.

What sets us apart from the other holiday villas is the absolute freedom and comfort of the visitors, so that they can live their best moments either inside or outside the villa. During your stay in Villa Fouli you have access to all the amenities inside the house, but also outside with a three level yard.
However, the holidays begin and end enjoying Tolo in the city of Nafplio. The beautiful beaches of the area will surely give you unforgettable moments of relaxation, while nearby are several important archeological sites, but also monasteries, many of which are associated with interesting stories and myths. Finally, Tolo is the ideal place for those who want to have the opportunity to go to many other destinations, relaxed and easy.
